RETURNS POLICY

Individual Item Purchases

  • A return for most new, unopened items returned to me with 30 days of delivery for a full refund will be allowed under certain conditions.
  • I will also pay for the return of any defective or broken item in its original packaging and reserve the right to ask for photographic proof before accepting any refund.
  • I will not refund for a change of mind.
  • Any refunds will occur on the receipt and inspection of the returned faulty item to Joessence.
  • All refunds will process to the same payment facility used during the initial purchase.
  • All refunds or returns are at my absolute discretion and are not automatic.
  • I reserve the right to refuse a return or request photographic proof of a damaged or incorrectly received item still in its packaging.
